FREE SHIPPING
Qualifying items receive Free Shipping. Free Shipping is only applicable to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all other countries and territories. Please check the individual product to see if it qualifies for Free Shipping.

SHIPMENT SHORTAGES
Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with the reference number and date that are on the invoice with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices on this site are quoted in US (USD) dollars.
Orders shipped to countries other than the US are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling www.jkspecialties261.shop charges does not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the company (UPS) delivering the order.
